How: send a fax from a computer running XP

Send a fax in Windows XP is a simple process which is necessary to learn how to someone in the business world.

Faxes are a transferring information from one point to another without the traditional modes of delivery way quickly and easily. The information is by phone and printed lines on a piece of paper aims transferred. It is a wizard that allows easy sending fax messages included with Windows XP. Instructions

You need: computer with Windows XPFax machine things

    Click the button "Start" on the taskbar and select "All programs" and "Accessories" in the subsequent menus.

Select the "Communication" tab and select the option below fax. If the fax menu on the screen appears, select "New fax." marked

    Name of the recipient in the to field "" screen.

  • Continue by entering number that sending the fax to "Fax number" box. Then click "Next" at the bottom of the window.

    Choose a template for the cover letter in the next window, and then click "next".

  • Type the subject of the fax line object, and then select where you want your fax to send in the box below. Select a priority for the fax in the lower box one. If the message is urgent, "Urgent" select for example from the available options. Click on "Finish" to send the fax.
