Road Runner has several packages for Internet service of high speed through a cable line and a modem.

This connection can send and receive faxes using fax Internet services. Several companies offer various solutions as needed for Internet fax service through programs that are installed on your computer.    Review your Road Runner service to ensure that it works correctly.

It should not Flash or red lights on the modem.

Download find and fax software.

Go to the site (see resources some links) and sign up for a fax service plan. Choose the plan that reflects your monthly fax needs. Type your contact and billing (monthly fees apply) information to purchase the plan. If the purchase is complete, download and install the software provided by the company service.

Open the fax software and connect it to your fax account.

Report on the software with the user name and password after signing, for the service. All information (name and fax number) is loaded in the software for the first time that you connect.

Click on the link to resend a fax.

Type the fax number that should be sent, number of pages, date and mFax message. This will serve as a cover page. Choose the document on Iher computer is stored which you want to fax. If you want to fax a paper document, you use a scanner to scan the document to your computer and save it in an easy to find location. Click on "," "Fax" or "Send now" to send the fax.
