How: send a fax to any server

It offers the advantage of being able to send faxes without having to install a modem on your own computer faxes via Server.

A fax server is essentially a computer with a few installed modem fax. If your organization has a fax server, you can use Windows fax and analysis to send the fax. Windows fax and scan is a software that comes with Windows 7. If you do not have a fax job server, your other option to send the fax via e-Mail online service use your fax servers. Send a fax with Windows fax and scan-

Click on "Start" go to "All programs" and select "" Windows fax and analysis. ""

Click "New fax" on your toolbar.

If you send a fax for the first time, the program guides you through a Fax Setup Wizard.

Click "Connect to fax server on my network."

Type the network address and the name of the fax server on your local network.

Your computer will now search the fax server and connect to.

Enter the recipients fax number in the "to".

If you want to fax more than one number, enter the number and semicolon separated.

Add a subject for your fax by typing in the "Subject" field

Compile your fax with in the text box as

Create an account with all online services such as e.g. BestFreeFax, e-Mail

Enter the number of fax recipients in the address bar followed by "@", and then click the name of the fax provider.
