Send a fax to a foreign country with Microsoft Fax Server

Digital faxing using the native Microsoft Fax software can really help business requirements by facilitating the transfer of important documents to the fax with the need for a fax machine.

Sometimes a person must send a fax at international level however. Fortunately, it is easy to Microsoft Fax international to send a fax as long as you have correct country code. Difficulty: easy

Instructions

    Open Microsoft Fax.

Start the "all applications" folder by clicking on the button start. From there select "Accessories", "Communication", "Fax" and finally, click "send a fax" button If you cannot find the utility icon fax under "Communication", look for the word "Fax" in the Deskbar's "Accessories".

    Type in the box "From" the country code, followed by the city code and telephone number.

  • For example the USA if you want to fax a person who lives in London, England with phone number 707-1234-5678, must enter 011 + 44 + 70712345678 field "from". Don't forget the benefits that are required for international numbering. A complete list of country codes, see resources.

    Click "Insert" in the menu bar and select "file attachment".

  • Navigate to the directory in which you document that you want to fax. Choose the document, and double-click it or click on the "Contact" button.

    Type a topic if the person you are faxing know send and press s

  • The button "send ur". Your computer now automatisch compose and send your document for the phone number you entered.
