How: send a fax using a fax printer combo

Fax printer drop-down list box is sometimes called an all-in one printer, and it is able to scan documents to send faxes, and print.

With these types of printers can either use a document or the scanner door of glass to send the fax. The method you use depends on your needs fax and what more convenient to use for you. Difficulty: easy

Things you need: a fax printer MachinePaper

Send a fax with the StatusBar document feeder

Printed load original documents, facade on the paper tray.

You can fax a document from multiple pages or a single page that send feeder tray paper with the document.

Enter the recipient's fax number using the numeric keypad on the printer.

Press "Start fax black" or "Start fax color", depending on which you want to send.

The fax will start automatically.

Send a fax with the scanner glass

Place the original document on the scanner glass.

Place of the document face print. The scanner glass is able to fax a document of one page at a time.

Type the fax number of the recipient with the keyboard.

Press the "start fax black" or "Start fax color" button on your printer.

Follow the instructions on your particular model to ensure that the fax is started.
