How to block Skype computer

Skype is software that allows for instant messaging, text messaging, voice calls using VOIP (voice over Internet Protocol) and video telephony.

It allows users not only for free computer to another, but also computer calls to fixed network calls. Download, install and start the Skype application if it is not installed on your computer.

Create a new account or login. (This is needed to see if Skype can successfully connect to the network).

Close Skype and download Norton Internet security.

Double-click the file that you downloaded to begin the installation.

Follow the prompts to install.

Keep the default settings unless you need to choose Advanced settings. A new program icon on the screen will be displayed at the end.

Click to open the Norton icon, and then double-click "Personal Firewall".
