   Open the Skype software.

Click "New" above the list of contacts, and then "new contact".

Type the name of which the person you are looking.

You can use your username or real name. If you don't know the username of the person, you can simply use a partial, to find the person find string.

List of results, you have until you find the person you are looking.

Select this person, and then click "add".
