   Configure an account with Skype.

You need to download the software on your computer and will be able to use downloaded computer with Skype.

Create a Skype name once you have downloaded the software.

To call Skype credit to people without a Skype account.

Create and save contacts.

You can do this by searching the Skype user on the Tools menu. Add the contact by clicking "Add Skype contact". If a person is not a Skype account, you can add your phone number for the contact name.
