How to send a document from a PC to a fax server

A fax server is a computer and the combination of hardware that is connected to a network and to send, and manage faxes used.

If you can a document to your computer, fax, send it to the fax server until the server to the network is connected. To connect to the fax server, you must know the server network address. You can configure the connection to the fax utility and analysis in Windows. Level of difficulty: Moderately easy

Instructions

    Click on "Start" "all programs", then and select "" Windows fax and analysis. ""

Click the tab "Fax" at the left bottom of the window.

    Click on "Tools" in the menu bar and select "Fax accounts" from the drop-down list.

    Click on "With a fax server on my network", and then type the network address and the name of the fax server in the "Name" field

  • Click "Next" and the system will connect the computer to the fax server.

    Double-click the document that you want to fax.

    Click "File" and select "Print" from the drop-down list.

  • "Print" dialog box opens. Select the "fax" from the dropdown box "Printer" or "Printer select." Click on the "Print" button and a "new fax" window opens. The document will be automatically appended dieneue fax window.

    Click "Send". Fax will automatically go to the fax server because it is already connected.
