Send a fax to E-Mail on Windows XP

To send a fax to an E-mail Windows XP use, must have installed on your computer the fax component (see resources).

It is important to note, that the fax component is installed not by default in the Windows installation, you must install it manually before you can send faxes. Once you have installed the fax component, follow the steps below, send to a fax to e-Mail. Difficulty: average

   Create the document in a Windows application to be faxed.

Connect your phone to your modem or the hard of disk.

Send the document to the fax printer, by you to "Send to".

Select "Recipient of the fax modem service."

Follow the instructions in the Fax Wizard that comes automatically.

When you click on "Finish", Windows XP the Fax Configuration Wizard opens. Follow the instructions in the second wizard until the fax is sent.
