   Open Skype.

Double-click the "Skype" icon on your desktop. If you are prompted to open a session in your user name and password.

Click "File" at the left top of the Skype window.

Click on "change online status" opens a list of options.

Click on "Skype me."

A green check box and a face appears next to the option.

Read the warning.

If the first time that you chose this "Skype Me" status, it will explain random chat.

Once you've read the message, select the check box in the "do not ask me again", unless you want to read the warning on your next visit.

Click "OK".

Wait at random for the participants.

Once they are your status as "Skype Me" Skype start note users, chat requests. Each request is accompanied by an option to accept or reject.
