How: send a fax in Outlook 2002

Windows XP users have the luxury to send faxes directly from your PC via Outlook 2002.

Start Outlook 2002, and go to the "Tools" menu

Click "e-Mail accounts".

Click on "Add A new E-mail account" and click the button "Next" to go to the "Server type" page.

Click on "Other Types of Server."

"Click fax mail transport" to choose, and then click "Next" to finish adding the account.

Send an email.

Click on "Account".
