How: send a fax from a Mac

You can send a fax with your Mac without the need for a separate fax.

Your computer comes with an option to send a document as a PDF document to fax recipient's machine as long as you have access to a telephone line. If not, can a fax over the Internet for a variety of services paid or free, depending on the length of the document. Difficulty: easy

Connect the computer to a phone line by inserting the line into the opening in the Tower of the computer.

Open the document you want to fax. You can in any word processor that you program open.

Above, select "File" on the screen of the Office and choose then "print" the "Print" dialog box from the menu drop open.

Search the drop "PDF" at the bottom of the dialog box.

Click the box and select "PDF fax."

Type the fax number of the recipient in the "to" field.

Click on the checkbox "Use cover page" and type any message you want to include a cover page. Click "Fax."

Visit a fax as containing resources section.

Enter the recipient's fax number and the name in the appropriate box.

Type your information in the field as well. It is on the cover page.

Ionnez "Select file" download to your document. Find the document on your hard drive, and then select "OK". Click on "Send Fax". If the fax bigger than limit Web site access, you must pay for the right of the page.
