My Skype username cannot be changed.

You create a Skype account and add your friends, a list of friends just like standard IN IM programs. When you create a Skype account, you can change your username without creating a new account. However, you can change how your name displayed people on your friends list. Difficulty: average

Create new user of Skype

Go to the Web page of the new Skype account.

Fill and submit the form with your contact information, including the new Skype name you want to use.

This creates a new Skype account with a new user name.

Start Skype with your old user name.

Click the "contacts" from the toolbar option, and choose then "Advanced".

Select "Contacts for the backup file" and choose a location for your contact list.

Register from your old Skype account and use your new screen name to connect to Skype.

Choose "restore contacts file" and choose a location for your contact list.

Copy enter your previous list of friends from your account to your new user name. You should always your friends give you a new username contact.

Click "Skype" from the top menu bar, and then select "Profile".

Select "Edit your profile" from the menu.

This will open a new window with your current profile information.

Type a new name in the "Full name" text box.

This changes the way that your name to friends Voussur of your list appears. This does not, the user name you use but with Skype connect.
