Skype is a program of popular VoIP software also comes with a plugin for your browser.

This plugin converts numbers on Web pages "Links" or "Skype Buttons". When you click one of these links or buttons are automatically sent to you in the Skype application to a call over the Internet. If you are looking for a way to remove these links so that you can view the normal phone numbers, disable Skype plugin for your browser. Level of difficulty: Moderately easy

Using Internet Explorer

Click "Tools" > "Manage modules", to open the menu configuration modules.

Choose «Toolbars and extensions» under section datatypes of-on.

Scroll down the list of modules, until you find that one called "Skype".

Click once to select it, and then click "Disable" from the bottom of the box management modules. Then click "Close" to close the dialog box and save your settings.

Using Firefox

Click "Tools" > "Modules" and navigate to the "Extensions" tab.

Scroll through your extensions for Firefox, until you find one called "Skype".

Click it once to select it.

Click on the "Disable", and then click the "X" in the upper right of the field exit and save your settings.
